Li Cao Xin Bio:
Li Cao Xin is from near Urumachi, China in the region of Sinkiang Uighur (north western China near Russia), but we found Li Cao Xin in Las Vegas, attending the 2006 Olympia. Now living in New York with her sister, Li is the 2 time Asian Champion Bodybuilder and 8 time China champion. Li was always athletic and active in sports and began competing in Japaneese judo at age 9. She started weightlifting at age 11 and took 3rd at her first weightlifting competion by the time she was 13 but had to quit due to a broken wrist. She began bodybuilding at age 16 and within 6 months won the Xin Jiang Competition and continued competing from 2000 - 2004. In July 2005 she placed third at the 7th World Games in Duisburg, Germany. Now living in New York City she plans to continue to train and hopes to compete in the NPC next year. Welcome to America Li.
